Currently, the town of Oracle has an active inventory of 27 homes for sale priced between $50,000 to $575,000. There’s also a plentiful supply lots and land, ranging from 1 acre to 40 acres.

The first six months of 2009 brought a welcome change in our local home sales statistics! At least some houses are selling! We’ve had 6 homes sold priced from $85,000 to $215,000. That’s quite a spread, but you must understand that the sales include a mix of manufactured homes, older ranch style homes as well as newer custom homes. Custom homes are selling for about $200/sf, older ranch style home about $120/sf and manufactured about $80/sf. There are also some stressed sales (bank owned) in the mix that make it truly difficult to nail down an overall average price per square foot.
